Roles Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives; Collaborate with team members to gather data and generate reports; Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions; Help monitoring the progress of ongoing projects and providing updates; Support manufacturing department through ?oaching sessions on Lean tools directly contributing to increasing team qualification and capabilitied; Assist in organizing training, benchmarking and networking events, including participation in activities involving external companies Who we're looking for Fluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process; Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; Ability to effectively manage different stakeholders (internal and external); Experience or interest in event management and coordination; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
What we offer Type of contract: Internship of 6 months length, tempo pieno Work location: Crespellano, Bologna Internship Start Date: end of September Full-Time In this role, you will earn no less than 900€ monthly.
