- Lead the strategy, vision and portfolio direction for a defined global product portfolio within our Critical Power Business
- Define the mid- to long-term portfolio roadmap and align Agile Teams around common priorities
- Identify portfolio opportunities and risks
- Ensure that product decisions support profitable growth, lifecycle discipline, customer value and execution focus
- Work globally across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Service, Finance and the PM Chapter
- Identify market trends, competitive shifts, strategic opportunities, and potential M&A; or partnership candidates, translating these insights into clear portfolio recommendations and leadership decisions

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Business Development, or a related leadership role within the power electronics, critical power, electrical equipment, or industrial technology sectors
- Proven experience managing global product portfolios, including product strategy, lifecycle management, roadmap definition, and business performance accountability
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience in P&L; ownership, business case development, pricing strategies, and profitability management
- Track record of translating market insights into successful product strategies, with the ability to identify customer needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and growth initiatives




- Experience leading cross-functional teams in global matrix organizations, influencing stakeholders across engineering, operations, sales, service, finance, and executive leadership without direct reporting authority
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong drive for ownership, execution, and continuous improvement.
