Job Summary
The Lead (Field) Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations. This role performs a variety of maintenance and technical support tasks and may provide onsite training to customer support personnel. This job profile is intended for experienced support-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine situations.

Required Education
Higher Vocational Training in Mechatronics, Industrial Master Technician,
a Mechanical Engineering degree (or any engineering discipline with a mechanical specialization), or an equivalent qualification, with solid knowledge and practical experience in rotating equipment, preferably centrifugal pumps, or alternatively steam turbines and centrifugal compressors.
Specific Knowledge
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the supervision of commissioning activities and field service support for rotating equipment, in Italy, Spain, Portugal and worldwide.
Native Italian speaker, with excellent verbal communication skills.
High level of spoken and written English (mandatory) and Spanish (valuable).
Microsoft 365 package
