What You'll Be Doing
- Process service agreements, purchase orders, and customer transactions
- Update service contracts, equipment records, and customer information
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional support
- Review and process service-related documentation
- Distribute invoices, service confirmations, and customer communications
- Maintain accurate records within company systems
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer questions and requests
- Support the team during high-volume periods and special projects
- Maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience
- Comfortable handling inbound phone calls
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
