About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials andChemical Laboratory Specialist to serve as the pillar of our EU productcompliance efforts in Varese (TO), Italy. In this execution-focused role,



youwill ensure our consumer goods meet rigorous regulatory standards by combiningsupply chain traceability with hands-on laboratory methodologies, includingoperating test equipment, conducting failure analysis, and quantitativelyverifying adherence to REACH and RoHS regulations.

Core Responsibilities
- Planand execute chemical and physical tests on metals, alloys, coatings,enamels, polymers, composite materials, components, and finished products.
- Performquantitative execution and verification of product regulatory compliancetesting, specifically for RoHS and REACH.
- Operatematerials characterization equipment to evaluate the composition andproperties of materials and conduct failure analysis on components toidentify root causes using established procedures.
- Analyzeproduct failure data and laboratory test results to determine the causesof problems and continuously evaluate potential material deterioration.
