JOB SUMMARY
The Gardens & Grounds Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, management, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of all landscaped areas, gardens, green spaces, outdoor public areas, and estate grounds across the property.
This role ensures that all outdoor environments consistently reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality, creating exceptional guest experiences while preserving the property's natural beauty and environmental sustainability commitments.
The Gardens & Grounds Manager oversees gardening operations, irrigation systems, specialist machinery and equipment, external contractors, suppliers, and the landscaping team, ensuring that all outdoor areas remain immaculate, safe,



and aligned with the brand's luxury standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related discipline; minimum 1 year of experience in landscape, grounds, estate, or garden management within hospitality, private estates, luxury resorts, golf clubs, or similar environments.
Professional knowledge of horticultural practices, irrigation systems, plant health care, landscaping techniques, and grounds maintenance equipment.
Experience managing gardening machinery, irrigation infrastructure, suppliers, and external contractors.

Landscape & Garden Management
Develop and implement annual maintenance plans for all gardens, lawns, floral displays, trees, hedges, and landscaped areas.
