We are looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Consultant / Security Analyst to join a long-term assignment supporting a European Commission environment in Ispra, Italy.
? Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing security assessments of information systems and underlying infrastructure
• Reviewing system architectures and recommending security improvements
• Identifying vulnerabilities and supporting their prioritisation and remediation
• Verifying the implementation of security controls alongside developers and system managers
• Producing security assessment reports, including technical findings, risk ratings and remediation recommendations
• Providing technical advice on emerging cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies
• Working closely with developers, IT service providers and other stakeholders
? What we're looking for:
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT security or information security
• Knowledge of secure architectures in on-premise/datacentre and cloud environments
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment and management
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills
• Excellent command of English
