Posizione:

To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for an efficient Gallery Assistant to support the VP and Trade Sales team in achieving all Gallery & Trade sales and service goals while providing an outstanding brand experience and business environment for the A&D; community and consumer clients. Also to ensure efficient operations of the showroom/gallery while providing excellent client service and best in class luxury experience to support the brand positioning.



The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a strong passion for Interior Design.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Maintenance & Operations:

Perform operational, maintenance, and administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth and efficient gallery operations to the highest brand standards
Provide best in class luxury experience and outstanding level of client service for gallery visitors
Maintain & catalogue an organized and well displayed sample room

Exhibitions & Events:

Work on Gallery exhibitions preparation and installation, as needed
Ensure that the products display and visual merchandising in the gallery is in line with the brand image and to the highest standard
Assist with galleria events

Marketing & Sales Support:

Execute gallery marketing initiatives to increase gallery traffic and team sales
Enrich the company database through client data registration and prof
