We are hiring a hands-on Media Buyer to run campaigns across different channels and niches.

Role
Run ads on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and, when needed, X and Reddit
Set up and manage Business Manager / Ads Manager accounts in a clean, trackable way
Create or adapt simple iPhone creatives (photos and short videos)
Test 2–3 creatives at a time, keep what works, cut what does not
Optimise for useful actions: profile visits, messages, leads and bookings
Adapt targeting and copy to different projects: events, B2B services, local and international campaigns
Send a short weekly report: spend, results, what to scale,

Requirements
Real experience with Meta Ads Manager, not only Instagram Boost
Experience with TikTok Ads is a plus
Technical fluency with pixels, events, tracking, landing pages and account setup
Able to launch new setups quickly and work across different niches
Elegant, discreet content taste. No spam creatives
Autonomous, reliable and fast in communication
Fluent english and Italian
