As our team, customer base, and company expand, everything that needs to work behind the scenes grows with them. We are looking for someone who can help us build and manage that machine.
Why this role is different
You will work closely with the CEO and become the company's main point of reference for administrative and organizational activities: accounting, people operations, grants, documentation, recruiting, suppliers, and events.
At first, you will learn our processes. Over time, we expect you to improve them and make them fully scalable.
This is a role for ambitious people who want to prove they can help a company run better and grow.




What you’ll do
Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and customer payment follow-ups. This will be a significant part of the role, and in Italy these processes can still be highly bureaucratic. Any initiative to make them faster, simpler, and more automated will be highly appreciated.
Work with our accountant and labor consultant, collecting and organizing the documentation they need.
Support recruiting by coordinating candidates, interviews, and administrative activities related to hiring.
Support the organization of trade fairs and events, coordinating suppliers, booths, materials, and the people involved.
Support applications for grants and public funding, working with external consultants and coordinating the collection of internal documentation. Research new grants, incentives, and funding opportunities.
Manage operational activities related to employees, benefits, company welfare, meal vouchers, and pens
