What You Will Do
As A French International Host/Hostess,



you will be the main point of reference for French guests, helping them feel welcomed, understood and fully supported onboard. By removing language barriers and building trusted relationships, you will respond to guest needs and enhance their cruise experience. As a Costa Values Ambassador, you will contribute to guest satisfaction, NPS and OBR while inspiring connection across cultures.

Translation & Announcements
- Taking care of the daily cruise program to ensure the correct translation of written material in the relevant language such as: menus, flyers, and organizes informative speeches (i.e., embarkation travel talks, end of cruise)
- Act as point of reference for French speaking guests doing public relations (i.e., public events, parties, embarkation, disembarkation), daily hospitality desks and escorting them whenever possible on tours to remove language barriers, getting constant feedback on guest satisfaction and needs.
