Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end rental bookings and inquiries for a prestigious travel industry client.
- Provide expert consultation to Spanish-speaking travelers, ensuring seamless logistics for their journeys.
- Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations with a high degree of precision and customer care.




- Resolve complex travel-related issues to maintain high satisfaction scores within the global travel market.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize the customer rental experience from initial inquiry to vehicle return.
- Process rental agreements, insurance packages, and vehicle upgrades according to company standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our travel partner, delivering premium support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or legal right to work in the EU (mandatory).
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class travel support.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
