If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Production Control & Logistics Manager position at Faurecia, a global leader in automotive technology. As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistic activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L; strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure the adherence to the PC&L; standard processes and the department budget.



Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimum education Level
- Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred, Bachelors degree minimum requirement

Professional Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics

Skills And Competencies
- Minimum English language required
- Customer orientation / Leadership / Team spirit / Autonomy /Rigor / Openness to new ideas
- Knowledge of the ERP processes and tools, and the ability to detect, understand, and solve issues
- Knowledge of the APICS and Faurecia system principles
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program team, engineering, and plant staffi
