Site Manager / Construction Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise on-site operations.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Resolve daily technical and logistical issues efficiently.
Ideal Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Site Manager or Construction Site Supervisor.
- Technical education (e.g., Technical Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture).
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
- Willingness to travel.
