Business Development Specialist, KOL & Affiliate Acquisition - Italy
Italy - Remote
Market: Commission-only, no base salary
We're looking for someone to own Card acquisition in the Italian market, building and managing affiliate, KOL, creator, and community partnerships across Italy.
This is a distribution-driven business development role focused on measurable user acquisition, not general marketing or community management .
You will own your partner pipeline from sourcing and outreach through negotiation, launch and performance optimisation.
Native or professional-level English and Italian
Strong knowledge of the Italian market
Existing affiliate, KOL, creator or crypto-community relationships
Hands-on experience sourcing and closing commercial partnerships
Experience managing a partner pipeline independently
Crypto exchange, fintech, Card or affiliate-platform experience preferred
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Card, Marketing, Operations and Compliance
Comfortable working in a commission-only role with no base salary
