This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SEO / AEO / GEO Lead (B2B, Digital Risk, AI Search) based in Italy.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape search visibility for an emerging B2B category at the intersection of digital risk, reputation, and AI-powered discovery.
You will own the strategy across traditional search, answer engines, and generative search platforms.
The role goes beyond traffic generation, connecting search performance directly to leads, revenue, customer trust, and business growth.
You will experiment with how content, entities, sources, citations, and reviews influence AI-generated answers.
Working closely with PR, reputation management, content, and growth teams, you will create an integrated search ecosystem.
You will also establish analytics, develop new methodologies, and contribute to R&D; in rapidly evolving search technologies.
This role is ideal for a hands-on SEO professional who enjoys experimentation, ownership, and building something from the ground up.

Accountabilities:
Develop and execute an integrated SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy focused on B2B Digital Risk Protection, with clear links between search visibility, business impact, revenue, deals, and trust.
Build search strategies around commercial and business-oriented intent, developing semantic frameworks that address how digital risk affects organizations rather than relying solely on informational queries.
Optimize content and digital assets for traditional search engines as well as AI-generated answers across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
Influence how the organization and its offerings are interpreted by AI systems through strategic use of entities, authoritative sources, citations, content, and review ecosystems.
Support the development of case studies, analytics pages, product content, and other assets by providing strategic briefs based on user intent and bus
