We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Road/Highway Engineer to join our growing Infrastructure team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from feasibility studies to detailed design, construction support, and project management across both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver road/highway or linear infrastructure engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Oversee feasibility studies, schemes, and detailed designs, assessments, and construction supervision.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients at local, national, and international levels.
- Support health and safety compliance and construction site supervision.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.




- Manage technical and administrative content for bids and proposals of major infrastructure programs in Italy and abroad.

Recent or Current Project Experience

- Design of national or international road/highway and major linear infrastructure projects.
- Design of new road alignments, junction improvements, and urban mobility enhancements.
- Rehabilitation and adequacy assessments of existing road infrastructure.
- Civil works within broader infrastructure, civil or environmental projects.
