Job Purpose

The Innovation Mechatronic Systems Engineer will work within the Innovation environment to define, develop, prototype, validate and transfer innovative mechatronic solutions for agricultural machinery. The role connects systems engineering, controls, electronics, hydraulics, software, sensors, simulation and vehicle integration to create robust technology concepts that address future platform and customer needs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with product platforms, electrical and software engineering, simulation, test lab, precision technology, autonomy, suppliers and field validation teams to mature technologies from early concept through prototype validation and readiness for product develop
