To support our technical team, we are looking for a reliable, solution-oriented and versatile Maintenance Man (m/f/d) who ensures the smooth operation of our property with technical expertise, a strong sense of responsibility and high quality standards.

Your Tasks

Carrying out maintenance, repair and servicing work throughout the hotel
Performing minor repairs in guest rooms, public areas and Back of House areas
Supporting the maintenance and upkeep of the building and outdoor areas
Coordinating and supervising external contractors and service providers
Documenting maintenance work and technical measures
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Supporting preventive maintenance to ensure the long-term quality of technical systems and facilities
Working closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and all operational departments

Your Profile

Completed technical training or a comparable qualification in a skilled trade
Professional experience in maintenance or a similar position, ideally in hospitality
Good knowledge of general repair and maintenance work




Strong technical understanding and a solution-oriented mindset
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Strong sense of responsibility and careful handling of materials and facilities
Flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of technical challenges
Team spirit and good communication skills
Very good Italian skills; German or English is an advantage
