Job Summary The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) is a mid-level management role responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis activities that support strategic and operational decision‐making. This role manages FP&A; professionals, partners closely with business leaders, and delivers insights that drive performance, resource allocation, and profitability.
