Your Role

The Supervisor Institutional Affairs (Regulatory Area) plays a key role in supporting the development and implementation of the company’s external engagement strategy. The position contributes to building sustainable and predictable policy frameworks by engaging with policymakers,



Italian and European institutions, and regulatory authorities. It includes monitoring political and policy trends affecting both conventional products and non-combustible alternatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s global transformation toward innovation. The role supports the Senior Manager and cross‑functional EU and global teams on projects involving Italy, strengthens relationships with national and international stakeholders, and ensures timely information flow to guide strategic planning and execution. In particular, the Supervisor will oversee institutional engagement and projects at Italian levels, as well as studies and multistakeholder platforms that are part of the Corporate affairs strategy.
