We are looking for the next season 2027, a Guest Experience Agent to join our dedicated team at Villa Beatrice.

Main duties & responsibilities:
Daily Operations Support: Assist in managing front-of-house departments to uphold high service standards;
Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly, providing personalized attention throughout their stay;
Feedback Analysis:



Help analyze guest feedback and develop strategies to enhance their experience;
VIP Coordination: Support pre-arrival preparations and ensure VIP guests have an impeccable stay;
Relationship Building: Foster meaningful relationships with guests and colleagues;
Communication: Maintain clear communication between departments to efficiently resolve guest requests;
Personalization: Execute strategies to create unique and personalized guest experiences.
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within a luxury brand, with an international mindset and a passion for creating magical guest experiences;
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred) ;
Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus);
