We are looking for the next season 2027, a Chef de Partie to join our Villa Beatrice team.

He/She will reports a Villa Manager.
Main Duties & Responsabilities:
Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service;
Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen;




Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions;
Monitors portion and waste control;
Performs all duties assigned by the Sous Chef;
Coordinate and monitor a Demi or Commis de partie assigned to him/her
Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques;
At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;
Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability;
Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player;
Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues;
Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background;
HACCP certification.
