Your missions:

• Execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of medium to high complexity automated equipment at suppliers’ sites in Italy
• Execute SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of the aforementioned equipment
• Execute process start-up and validation (OQ – PQ) and draft related documentation in English (PVP, OQ, PQ, PVR) for the equipment
• Identify process/equipment improvements to reduce scrap and increase efficiency
• Perform root cause analysis
• Draft operational instructions
• Apply statistical methods (preferably with MINITAB) such as DOE, process capability analysis (cpk, ppk), Gage R&R;, and t-tests
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams

Your profile:





• Experience in process engineering or similar roles within industrial or manufacturing environments (nice to have: experience in pharmaceutical/biomedical field).
• Experience with FAT, SAT, and process validation activities
• Experience with statistical tools, preferably MINITAB
• Knowledge of plastic transformation technologies (e.g., single and two-component resin bonding, ultrasonic welding, hydraulic leak testing, vision/measurement systems)
• Academic background: engineering or technical degree
• Italian fluent or native. English good.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Open to work on-site and to travel in the Italian territory.
