Dolce&Gabbana; offers an exceptional career opportunity as Beauty Consultant – Travel Retail based at Malpensa Airport. The successful candidate will act as a Brand Ambassador for Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty, delivering an outstanding customer experience and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives within the Travel Retail channel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:





Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience to an international clientele, providing personalized beauty consultations across fragrances, make-up and skincare categories in line with Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty hospitality and service standards.
Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sell-out targets and driving business performance at the point of sale by identifying customer needs and maximizing every sales opportunity.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professionalism and empathy, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction even in fast-paced and high-traffic environments.
Represent Dolce&Gabbana; Beauty as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand values, heritage and identity within the Travel Retail environment while promoting products, launches and dedicated initiatives.
Ensure excellent product presentation and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stand, including tester management and maintenance
