Role:
As Field Service Safety Governance Officer, you are responsible for strengthening and governing field service safety across Daikin's EMEA service network. You ensure the consistent implementation of the Field Service Safety Management System,



support affiliates in improving safety maturity, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. Acting as the central safety governance expert, you work closely with local safety representatives, service management teams, contractors, and senior leadership to reduce risk and promote a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Defining and maintaining the Field Service Safety Governance framework and supporting the implementation of safety strategies across EMEA Monitoring affiliate compliance with safety requirements, conducting audits, tracking corrective actions, and reporting progress to management Managing safety performance indicators, dashboards, incident reporting systems, and trend analysis to support proactive risk management Coordinating investigations of incidents and accidents and ensuring lessons learned are effectively shared throughout the organization. Supporting affiliates in performing risk assessments
