The Customer Application Engineer is a key experienced role within the Commercial Service organization, responsible for leading the definition, preparation, and management of the technical portion of LTSA proposals, with ownership of complex scopes, cost assumptions, and customer-facing technical deliverables.
As a CSA Customer Application Engineer you will be responsible for:

Interpreting customer technical requirements
Defining and challenging the service Scope of Work




Validating assumptions for existing and new technologies
Partnering with commercial, sales, engineering, and regional teams to optimize proposal competitiveness and will actively support customer negotiations on technical, operational, and risk-related topics. Acting as a technical partner for the regional commercial team, contributing to deal strategy, driving alignment across functions, and supporting the development of competitive, risk-balanced, and customer-focused proposals.
Fuel your passion
Bachelor’s degree in technical field from an accredited college or university
~5-10 years of relevant industry experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineer, Project Manager, or similar technical/commercial positions, with proven ability to manage complex scopes and customer-facing activities
~ Fluent spoken and written English
~ Master’s degree in engine
