Operating as a critical individual contributor within the Group Supply Chain department, you will act as the strategic and operational "pivot" for the organisation. Your core mission is to orchestrate global S&OP; processes and oversee intercompany data flows. You will be responsible for strengthening the operational link between international subsidiaries, ensuring seamless alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing divisions.
Lead and optimise the operational execution of the global S&OP; framework alongside quarterly forecasting cycles; manage end-to-end data gathering and prepare executive meeting agendas.
- Demand Alignment & Portfolio Complexity: Reconcile commercial sales forecasts with international manufacturing capacities, successfully managing balancing acts across a complex portfolio of over 45,000 products.
- Consensus Forecasting & Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Regional Managers and Sales Directors to validate market inputs, utilising strong personal authority to constructively challenge raw commercial data and secure a unified consensus forecast.
- Intercompany Supply & Sourcing Synchronisation: Supervise internal group transactions (subsidiaries acting as mutual suppliers/customers) and look for triangular shipping opportunities to streamline distribution; troubleshoot and resolve electronic
