We are looking for a proactive, creative,



and curious Product Industrialization Engineer with design and manufacturing competencies and passion to join the Industrialization staff in our HQ (Italy-Cesena). The person will work in cross-functional team and cooperate with all departments to develop new products and maintain them along the lifecycle. Work in presence is needed.Your Impact

Develop and design mechanical solutions in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers
Re-engineering to cost reduction and problem solving
Develop and define technical standard solutions for new products in order to achieve Quality, Safety and target Cost
Promote DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)
Find new solutions, technologies or suppliers
Grant the development of innovative product packaging industrial design concepts that enhance consumer unpacking experience, logistics efficiency including ship, truck, and warehouses.
Grant connection between R&D; and Process Engineering Department in order to have the best product with the best manufacturing process
