Your Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Account & Customer Success to achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offerings (software, hardware, and devices)

Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training on our Wellness Network offering.
Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions, regardless of existing equipment opportu-nities.
Educate and activate customers through e-learning, live education, and tutoring to ensure the highest usage of the Mywellness platform and maximize active users.
Build best practices based on successful customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solution offering.
Provide reliable and structured forecast and pipeline management.
