Your Mission:
We are looking for a motivated R&D; Gelato Intern to join our R&D; team based in Castelletto Stura (Cuneo). Reporting directly to the Senior R&D; Gelato & F&B; Specialist,
the intern will support the development and continuous improvement of our gelato category, contributing to both product innovation and laboratory activities. This role offers valuable hands-on exposure to product development processes, ingredient evaluation, and experimental testing, actively contributing to the creation of high-quality products and the evolution of our gelato portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of gelato bases, ensuring compliance with recipes and quality standards.
Assist in supplier-related activities, including communication, sample management, and logistics coordination.
Provide support in the evaluation and pre-screening of ingredients and technical specifications.
Support ingredient trials, substitutions, and experimental testing activities.
Assist in the execution of product trials, ensuring accurate tracking of raw material consumption.
Contribute to data collection and basic analysis for empirical testing.
