providing legal advice and support at all stages of the process. As Litigation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills and take part in challenging projects. In particular you will:
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to support various business functions on civil and commercial law matters
- Participate in and directly manage out-of-court dispute resolution procedures
- Manage pre-litigation claims, negotiations with opposing parties and the drafting of settlement agreements
- Manage litigation matters (ordinary proceedings, special procedures, and domestic arbitrations) and liaise with external counsel
- Manage relations with Public Authorities
- Assist with drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
