Build and develop the most talented AM team to win the market in Padova, Verona and Bologna
Have full responsibility and own 360º the business of Top Partners in the Area.
Define and pursue the long-term strategy for the Area in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and Operations.
Monitor and analyze all relevant KPIs to track progress towards defined targets and find ways to improve the service.
Stay up to date with market and competitive developments.

Generate best practices and processes which can be replicated across all areas
You have a solid experience in fast-paced environments (startup,
investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)
Relevant experience [+2y] leading cross functional teams with 5+ people
A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
You've got a good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approach.
You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding on new topics.
You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
All of your current and former reports speak highly of you as a manager and leader
Excellent English and Italian. Spanish is a plus.
