ACCOUNT MANAGER FOOD INDUSTRY –- EMILIA-ROMAGNA & NORTH-EAST ITALY

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in Emilia Romagna, Veneto, Trentino Alto-Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia (North-East area of Italy) by developing strong customer relationships and driving sales performance in the Industrial Food Microbiology field. You will manage a dynamic territory,



promote our portfolio of instruments, reagents, and services, and help shape our growth in the Food market.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Grow the business in your assigned North-East region (Food Industries)
Identify new business opportunities and create and execute impactful business action plans and customer projects
Build and lead strategic relationships with executive stakeholders of key food industry accounts and food associations to be perceived as a trusted advisor
Engage with customers to uncover business needs, identify risks and opps, and develop improvement programs
Support the transition from product-focused selling to value-based selling
Coordinate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Technical Application Specialists, Supply Chain, and the Tender Office to deliver the best customer experience
Report sales results, territory KPIs and competitor activities regularly
