Accountabilities
Lead end-to-end revenue operations, covering quote generation, invoicing, reconciliation, receivables tracking, and timely collections.
Review invoices and billing information against order forms, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with sales teams and customers.
Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding invoices, billing issues, and payment status while taking ownership of the collections process.
Support accurate revenue reporting by collaborating with accounting teams and reviewing SQL query outputs for accuracy and consistency.
Manage and optimize financial systems such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe, including system upgrades, automation initiatives, and workflow improvements.
Identify opportunities to streamline revenue processes, strengthen operational controls, and improve the overall quote-to-cash cycle.
