Lankhorst Taselaar is an established European distributor of marine equipment, accessories and onboard solutions, representing a broad portfolio of strong brands. To accelerate our development in Italy, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Agent to promote our product range and develop long‐term customer relationships.
As our Commercial Agent, you will represent our portfolio in your territory and actively grow sales by developing a strong customer base and driving commercial performance.
Promote and sell our product portfolio to existing and prospective B2B customers
Identify, approach and onboard new customers in the assigned territory
Visit customers regularly and manage relationships in a professional and structured way
Generate qualified leads and follow up on commercial opportunities
Provide market intelligence: competitor activity, pricing trends, customer feedback, and key developments
Support the sales process by collecting orders and transmitting them to the company for validation and confirmation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction and sustainable growth
Contribute to annual sales planning and business development priorities for the territory
Proven experience as a commercial agent or sales professional in a B2B environment
Strong knowledge of the Italian market within the marine and boating industry (required)
Excellent customer network and ability to open doors
Strong negotiation
