Category : R&D; Location : Bolzano/Full Remote Net Eye, the flagship product of Würth IT Italy, is a unified monitoring system (Monitoring, ITOA, APM, SIEM & LOG Management, Service Management) that supports business operations by providing complete oversight of the health of the IT infrastructure and active services, enabling secure and reliable IT Observability. To strengthen our Platform Engineering Team, we are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to support the migration of Net Eye from a traditional on‐premise architecture to a cloud‐native solution. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing Kubernetes and AWS EKS infrastructures, proven ability to design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines, and strong knowledge of Git Ops methodologies and production observability.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain both on‐premise and cloud‐based Kubernetes infrastructures. Adopt Git Ops methodologies for managing infrastructure and applications. Ensure production observability through monitoring and logging. Collaborate effectively with teams and communicate clearly.
Requirements
Experience with cloud‐native migrations. Experience with AWS EKS. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD and Git Ops tools (Tekton, Kargo, Argo CD, Flux). Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Strong problem-solving skills and good communication abilities.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of EKS. Knowledge of the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). Red Hat Open Shift, AWS EKS, or Kubernetes certifications. Understanding of cloud‐native security best practices.
