What we are looking for Amplifon is seeking a proactive and talented Global Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation Manager to drive operational excellence across our supplier network and our global supply chain. This role will lead key functional initiatives, optimize end-to-end processes, and support the standardization and transformation of procurement and supply chain activities across the organization. Drive and implement standardization of procurement and supply chain activities across regions and business units. Manage and enhance operational collaboration with key suppliers to ensure performance, service quality, and continuous improvement. What you'll need Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering, Economics, or related). 6-10 years of professional experience within structured, complex organizations. Proven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain, ideally within the Retail sector. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong curiosity and willingness to explore new approaches and solutions.
