Job Summary:
SEO & AI Search Manager
We are is seeking an experienced SEO & AI Search Manager to lead our organic growth function across traditional SEO, AI search visibility, content, digital PR, research, and automation.
This role will lead a multidisciplinary team of four specialists across Content, Digital PR, Data & Research, and Visibility. The SEO & AI Search Manager will translate business and acquisition priorities into strategies, roadmaps, workflows, and execution plans that improve organic visibility, AI discoverability,



qualified leads, SQLs, and customer acquisition.
The Organic & AI Associate Director sets the department's overall strategy and business priorities, while the SEO & AI Search Manager owns the functional roadmap, team priorities, execution, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of four specialists.
Establish weekly and quarterly priorities, ownership, deliverables, and performance expectations.
Conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and support professional development.
Ensure SEO, Content, PR, Research, and AI Visibility operate as one integrated function.
Recommend team structure and hiring needs as the function evolves.
Strategy & Roadmap
Translate business goals, including Full Applications, MQLs, SQLs, and Customers, into an integrated Organic & AI strategy.
Build and manage quarterly roadmaps across SEO, AI Visibility, Conte
