About the role
We're hiring an Operations Manager to keep the business running smoothly as it scales. You'll own process, systems and the details that keep everything moving.

Responsibilities
Manage internal processes and systems across the business. Support leadership with reporting and operational planning. Identify inefficiencies and fix them before they become bottlenecks. Coordinate across teams to keep projects and priorities aligned. Own operational documentation and keep it current.

What we are looking for
Experience in an operations or business management role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.



Comfortable working across teams and priorities. Able to build process from scratch where none exists. Interest in working inside a fast-growing AI business.
