Job Summary
Virtual Latinos is looking for an experienced full-cycle B2B sales professional to help build and prove our first dedicated outbound sales function.





The Outbound Sales Specialist will own the full sales journey for assigned prospects, from initial outreach and qualification through consultative sales conversations, follow-up, and closing. This person will build trust with prospective clients, understand their business needs, confidently communicate Virtual Latinos’ value proposition, and convert qualified opportunities into new clients.

The ideal candidate combines strong prospecting skills with a consultative closing style and is comfortable engaging with U.S. business owners, navigating objections, discussing pricing, and driving opportunities toward a decision. As an early member of this sales function, they will also contribute to refining our outreach strategies, sales conversations, and playbook as the team grows.

Because this is a new sales function, this person will also play an important role in helping us refine our scripts, objection handling, outreach strategies, and overall sales playbook.
