Technical Trainer & Software Support Specialist – CAD/CAE (IGE‐XAO / ETAP)

This role combines technical expertise with a passion for training and customer support. Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE‐XAO/ETAP CAD‐CAE software solutions. If you enjoy working closely with people, delivering high‐quality training, and being part of a dynamic technical environment, this role is an excellent fit.
Deliver technical training sessions on IGE‐XAO/ETAP electrical CAD‐CAE software to customers and partners.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.
