The role is a part of Agoda's Legal Team with the responsibility to oversee the management of Agoda's global subsidiaries from a corporate governance perspective. This includes entity compliance, assisting with board meetings, managing subsidiary entities' governance and intra‐group re‐organisations and rationalisation of legal entities.
