Responsibilities
Build relationships, understand business needs and engage with key functions to deliver results
Develop and execute category strategies, run RFPs/RFQs/eAuctions and scout for innovative suppliers
Own contract negotiations, manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with ESG and sustainability goals
Champion digital transformation by integrating AI and digital best practices into everyday procurement and drive adoption of new tools and processes
Act as a change agent, train colleagues and continuously seek out new ways to improve and automate
Monitor supply chain and cyber risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance
Requirements
~ University degree (business or engineering preferred)
~5+ years’ experience in sourcing,
category management or related fields
~ Proactive and collaborative attitude with a focus on growth and innovation
~ Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
~ Solid negotiations and contract management expertise
~ Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
~ Passion for digital innovation and AI in procurement, with hands‑on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
~ Fluent English; other European languages are a plus
