At the core, the role is about converting demand into revenue while delivering an exceptional first guest experience already at the booking stage . Qualifications Experience: Proven experience at the Reservation Department in a luxury hotel environment is essential. Experience with Leading Hotels of the World standards is a strong advantage.
Languages: Fluency in English, Italian, and German is required; additional languages are a plus. Skills: Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
