Functieomschrijving Randstad Italia Spa is currently seeking a highly motivatedProject Financial Support Specialist for a world-leading multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
This is a strategic opportunity to join a dynamic, large-scale industrial environment. We offer an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of direct hire by the company.
Compensation: RAL 34-35K, CCNL Metalworking Industry
Lavoro da remoto: Hybrid model available after the initial onboarding and training phase.
ResponsabilitàKey Responsibilities The successful candidate will support Project Management activities, including:
Managing and maintaining project-related administrative documentation;
Supporting invoicing and billing processes;
Coordinating document management activities across different business functions;
Requesting and managing bank guarantees required to ensure compliance with contractual obligations;
Providing administrative support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle;




Preparing administrative and financial reports;
Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project information;
Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project progress reports and related documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite;
Previous experience with SAP and/or Oracle is preferred but not essential;
Good command ofEnglish, both written and spoken.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization;
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
