The role involves analyzing new opportunities, quickly grasping the scope and requirements of each project, developing effort estimates, and preparing the corresponding technical and commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities:
Analyze technical documentation, drawings, models, specifications, and client requirements.
Understand and define the scope of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP) projects.
Estimate hours, resources, duration, deliverables, and coordination needs.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including scope, assumptions, exclusions, risks, and clarifications.
Identify missing information and formulate the necessary inquiries to accurately define the scope.
Participate in discovery or scope-definition meetings as required.
Support multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
Coordinate with technical, commercial, and operations teams to validate the feasibility of proposals.

Desired profile:
Architect / Engineer with BIM experience.




Comprehensive knowledge and proven experience across all MEP disciplines.
Senior-level profile with the ability to interpret complex projects and make decisions autonomously.
Experience in project estimation, scope definition, and proposal preparation.
Highly proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
Ability to adapt quickly, switch between different projects, and rapidly understand client needs.
Sound technical judgment to identify risks, dependencies, and potential scope deviations.
Advanced English proficiency for interpreting documentation and participating in client meetings.
