Key Responsibilities

Support LATAM KOLs and streamers in growing livestream traffic, audience, engagement, and visibility.
Monitor local trends and platform dynamics, turning them into livestream content and traffic strategies.
Analyze livestream performance (views, follower growth,



engagement, traffic sources) and optimize based on data.
Guide creators on content planning, livestream structure, audience interaction, and trend integration.
Improve user retention by connecting livestream traffic to communities, landing pages, or other conversion channels.
Collaborate with local Marketing and Partnership teams to drive livestream growth and localization.

Core Requirements

Based in LATAM with a strong understanding of local social platforms, content trends, and user behavior.
Experience in KOL management, creator/streamer operations, livestream operations, content growth, or community management.
Strong traffic analysis skills with experience using performance data to optimize content.
Ability to identify local trends and translate them into effective livestream strategies.
Experience coaching or supporting creators to improve content quality and livestream performance.
