~7 years of experience in global programs or project management managing executive cross-functional stakeholders.
~7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
~ Experience with the cloud market, running services businesses, managing executive-level customer programs, or resolving customer escalations.

Strong problem-solving experience combined with sound business judgment, operational excellence in high-visibility event and engagement readiness, and the ability to manage dynamic, large-scale projects.
Exceptional ability to provide candid, high-level advisory to executive leaders, navigate sensitive organizational dynamics, and maintain composure and focus during high-stakes customer escalations
