through strong coordination with cross-functional teams /li /ul h3bTechnical Process Expertise /b /h3 ulliEstablish technical specifications and List of Requirements for the projects to be implemented /li liAnalyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement /li liSupport industrialization and ramp-up of new production equipment or lines /li /ul h3bDeployment Implementation /b /h3 ulliCoordinate installation and commissioning of industrial equipment /li liEnsure performance testing of industrial equipment before handover to operations /li liSupport knowledge sharing across sites /li /ul h3bCost Investment Management /b /h3 ulliPrepare CAPEX budgets /li liMonitor project costs /li liContribute to ROI analysis and investment justification /li /ul h3bHealth, Safety Environment (HSE) /b /h3 ulliEnsure compliance with safety standards during all project phases /li liIntegrate risk assessments and related measures into project execution /li liIntegrate environmental and sustainability considerations into project design and execution, in line with Sediver corporate social responsibility commitments /li /ul h3bREQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS /b /h3 ulliMaster’s degree in Mechanical, Materials or Chemical Engineering /li li4–6 years of experience in companies with melting processes, such as glass, steel, cast iron or aluminium /li liExperience in glass industrial environment, especially toughened glass, is a plus /li liExperience in industrial project management (equipment, line setup and commissioning, process improvement) /li liExcellent proficiency in English, French is a plus /li liAvailable to travel internationally for project execution and coordination, when required (40%) /li /ul h3bKEY COMPETENCIES /b /h3 ulliFamiliarity with CAPEX management and industrialization processes /li liAnalytical and problem-solving skills /li liManage priorities and deadlines /li liCommunication and stakeholder management skills /li liAdaptability in an international and multicultural environment /li liWork closely with teams across different countries and production sites /li /ul pAccording to the experience, the salary range for the role is 45.000€ – 55.000€ + variable pay /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
